Marc Ashley, Chief Operating Officer
Marc serves as the primary intermediary between the Field and Corporate, working to create equilibrium between internal and external operations. Not content with standing idly by as the future of business is being shaped, Marc wants Market America to have a hand in shaping that future. Chief Operating Officer, Marc Ashley will inspire you to succeed through practical training and forward thinking.

Kevin BuckmanKevin Buckman, Vice President 1 to 1 Marketing and Field Training
Through no-nonsense, straightforward presentations that deliver clear techniques and strategies, Kevin will provide vital information and insight you simply cannot get anywhere else. He currently serves as Vice President 1 to 1 Marketing and Field Training, leading company efforts in “high tech / high touch marketing” , its integration with customer relationship management and data warehousing / data mining activities . In addition, he is responsible for development and implementation of all Training Certification programs and training curriculums. “I believe it’s all about taking action,” says Kevin. “In this world, it’s not what you know that matters. Rather, it’s what you do with what you know that counts.”

Andrew Weissman

Andrew Weissman, Executive Director Of Field Development
Andrew Weissman, Market America’s Director of Field Development, has played a significant role in the expansion and growth of Market America domestically and internationally. Andrew is a regular featured speaker and instructor at a number of our events, including our International Convention, Leadership School, Utopia II “Moving Up” Seminars and various Regional, District, and Local events. Andrew’s strength is in training how to effectively and efficiently implement the entire UnFranchise® Business Development System. In addition, he specializes in teaching how to master the basic fundamentals necessary to realize one’s full potential.

Shari LiebermanDr. Shari Lieberman, Ph.D., C.N.S, FACN
Dr. Lieberman earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from The Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (C.N.S.), a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN), a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, a board member of the Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists, and president of the American Association for Health Freedom. She is the recipient of the National Nutritional Foods Association 2003 Clinician of the Year Award. She is a published scientific researcher and a presenter at numerous medical conferences. She has been in private practice as a clinical nutritionist for more than 20 years and serves on the faculty of two universities.

Todd LaireTodd Laire, Director of Internet Sales & Training
As an advocate for building your Market America business utilizing the Internet, Todd’s dedication is to provide a solid understanding of the Internet tools and services that come packaged in every UnFranchise business. A graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration, Todd has extensive Internet sales and marketing experience. Coming from a background as an Unfranchise owner since 2000 and being awarded as the 2004 Certified Internet Trainer of the Year, he has also been brought on board as the Director of Internet Sales & Training for Market America.

Susan SuszynskySusan Suszynsky, National Director of Sales and Training, Motives®
With an extensive direct sales background in sales management and recruiting plus practical cosmetics and personal care product sales experience, Susan’s objective will be to fully exploit two inherent strengths associated with Motives. The Washington and Jefferson University graduate and Pittsburgh, Pa. native seeks to unleash the explosive sales potential of the business and refine its prospecting and recruiting capacity.

One of the founding pioneers of Market America, Elizabeth provides the Field with a sterling example of how successful a Distributor can become when he or she transforms belief and dedication into purposeful action. For her, the Basic Five does not represent static business practices, but a way of life. She has built a dynamic sales organization and earned the respect of the Field by exhibiting impassioned leadership and a willingness to help others help themselves.

Lisa Lieberman-Wang Yardley WangLisa Lieberman-Wang & Yardley Wang, Executive Director & Dream Team 2006
Recently honored as 2006 Dream Team members, these frequent President’s Challenge and WebCenter Challenge winners make the case to treat this business as a real business. In the beginning, Lisa and Yardley treated the business as a hobby, not really sensing a reason to build. When financial circumstances turned dire, however, Lisa and Yardley worked feverishly and sacrificed daily to build their UnFranchise® business. In the process, these technically savvy professionals gained a new respect for the Opportunity, and they now work to instill this same feeling in others.

Tammy Moskowitz

Tammy Moskowitz, Director and 2006 Dream Team Member
A Market America Independent Distributor for over 10 years, Tammy Moskowitz’s passion for helping other people create financial freedom is evidenced by her many leadership roles and awards. She has accomplished the President’s Challenge twice, received the Outstanding Leadership Award for the Northeast Region in 2004 and been a multiple challenge achiever for Local, District and Regional seminars. Tammy served as local Coordinator for southern New Hampshire for four and a half years, pioneered a new area in Keene, N.H., and reached the pin level of Director in August 2005.

Luzby Hernandez

Luzby Hernandez, Field Development Executive
Luzby’s corporate focus centers on Hispanic community growth and development. The Kent State University graduate’s motivation and experience comes from international sales formation with Diebold, Inc., and her vision for Market America is to help grow the Hispanic aspect of the Field and to be able to take the UnFranchise® Business Development System opportunity to Latin America and other international markets.
